Nica is da bomb! She was soo friendly and informitive with purchasing my S21fe for only $359. I am a tradesman that breakers phones all the time and she picked a very robust bulletproof case and screen protector for me to protect my investment. I am in poverty and never had anything this exuberant to the point it is worth more than my crappy jalopy Volvo. Tarun was amazing help today, phoned in to see if he could help with cleaning up my USB port. Went into the store and was done within an hour. Tarun was superb help, he was friendly and offered different solutions for my other issues. Will definitely come back again next time.

Recently my sons samsung phone stopped working and after researching some places, came across 糖心vlog. I emailed asking a few questions and received a quick polite response. We decided that we'd go in and have the phone checked out and met Nica who was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Her kindness put my son at ease as he was very anxious about leaving his phone. After the part came in and was being repaired I received a call from Nica asking what colour border my son would prefer, and I thought that was pretty great! Black or silver, either would have been fine, but it was so appreciated that she took the time to ask! When it was done and we went to pick it up, Nica greeted us again and was very respectful and disclosed everything she had to do to test the phone. She assured my son his privacy was respected and made sure all was in working order. I can't thank you enough Nica for making this experience great.
